Final Agreement with John Cockerill Hydrogen (“JC”) executed
on September 16, 2022
JC and AmGreen NH3 shareholding in the JV in the ratio of
60:40 respectively
Exclusive license to JV to use the Intellectual Property of John
Cockerill Hydrogen for designing and manufacturing
AmGreen NH3 to offtake at least 1500 MW of
electrolysers in aggregate from JC in the first 3 years
Supply from India to be at a preferred pricing for AmGreen
NH3 Pricing of Cost + a margin (including royalty)
JC to supply electrolyzers from China factory till commissioning of
India Factory
JV incorporation done in Mauritius with an Indian
manufacturing OpCo
